Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as newspapers or magazines, personalised or made to order Items..
We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Any digital download item
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted at the discretion of Resin Models UK
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
The following terms apply to mail order consumers as defined in the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (“Regulations”).
The consumer shall, subject to the terms set out in this Clause, have the right to cancel a Contract within 14 days the date of delivery of the Goods by the Company to the consumer provided that he/she gives written notice of such cancellation.
a/ If a consumer exercises his/her right to cancel a Contract, Resin Models UK shall, in accordance with the Regulations, reimburse any payment made by the consumer within 30 days from the day on which he/she gave such notice of cancellations, provided that the consumer shall not be entitled to a repayment in the event that:

He/she, they/them do not take reasonable care of the Goods either prior to cancellation of the Contract or, following cancellation, while the Goods remain in the possession of the consumer. For the purposes of this sub-clause A1, a consumer shall be deemed not to have taken reasonable care of the Goods if such Goods are not kept packed in their original box, with all accessories, manuals and cables and the internal or external packaging is defaced or damaged in any way; or has been used

The Goods are marked, damaged or not in the same condition in which they are sold.
The consumer is responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items, or will be responsible for the direct cost of collection of such items.
If an item is sent back faulty it will be referred to the supplier for investigation if the item is deemed faulty return postage will be refunded.
It is required that any item returned due to being received damaged needs to have pictures taken and emailed to Resin Models Uk before being shipped back to us, we will then photograph the item when being unpacked to further protect the buyer and Resin Models UK.
There are some goods you cant return if you simply change your mind, including :-
personalised or made to order Items.
Items purchased by a business e.g. Sole trader, Limited Company, Church, Schools, Colleges, Nightclubs, bars, Shops, mobile DJs, bars, pubs, restaurants and private parties, businesses etc etc, this is a business to business transaction and is excluded from distance selling regulations.
Please note we reserve the right not to accept returns on any item returned outside of the above mentioned timescale.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, photographic evidence of the packaging and item will be required to enable us to claim from the carrier. If you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at resinmodelsuk@outlook.com for return instructions.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product (not allowed for made to order items), you send us an email at resinmodelsuk@outlook.com for return instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
